For clients
Your practitioner invited you to PractiCura
If a therapist, naturopath or clinic sent you a PractiCura™ plan, here is exactly what to expect — and what it does not involve.
1. You get a link to your plan
Your therapist turns the protocol you discussed into a clear day-by-day plan and shares a link — or a printed PDF. It carries their practice name and logo, because the plan is theirs; PractiCura is just the tool underneath.
2. Every evening, a gentle reminder
At 10 PM in your own timezone you get one short message with a private link for that day. Nothing else: no marketing, no daily nagging, no app to install.
3. You tick what you actually did
The link opens a mobile page with today's items. Tap to tick them off, add a note like "felt tired after the second dose", and you're done in seconds. Forgot a few days? You can still fill in the previous four.
4. Prefer Telegram? Pair it once
If you'd rather get reminders in Telegram than by email, your practitioner gives you a short pairing code. Send it to their bot once, and reminders arrive as chat messages. Reply /stop any time to switch them off.
Two things people always ask
It costs you nothing
You never need an account, a card or a subscription to follow a plan your practitioner sent you. Their practice covers it. If you later want to build your own plans, there is a free personal tier — no card needed.
Your check-ins are for your practitioner
What you tick and write is visible to the practice that sent the plan, so they can adjust it — and to nobody else. Links expire after 24 hours, and we never sell or share your data.
